Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team The Stripe Marketing organization is undergoing a fundamental transformation in how it works. We're building a team of Forward Deployed AI Accelerators (FDAs) embedded directly with marketing cohorts to make AI the default mode for all work — not an occasional tool, but the foundation of how every marketer at Stripe executes. Today, marketers are already achieving remarkable results — building their own data dashboards, creating agents that compress multi-day processes, and authoring tools that accelerate workflows. The FDA team exists to take what's working and systematically scale it across the entire marketing organization. What you'll do As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you'll be embedded with a cohort of 25–45 marketers organized by functional team, shared workflow, or location. You'll build alongside them, and you'll help them fundamentally change how they operate. Your measure of success is the number of workflows you've permanently transformed and the extent to which those in your cohort start any task with an AI tool. Responsibilities Identify and document the highest-leverage workflow transformations within your cohort's day-to-day work by deeply understanding their processes and outputs Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to each marketer's specific responsibilities Coach and partner with each marketer through a progressive journey — from awareness, to first win, to regular AI integration, to full workflow transformation, to self-sufficiency Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools over time, creating independence Recognize patterns across your cohort and systematically scale what works — a tool built for one marketer will be reusable for their peers Document every tool, playbook, and transformation pattern you build so the entire FDA team uses each other's work Share wins visibly within your cohort and with leadership to build momentum, inspire, and celebrate success Track individual and cohort progress rigorously against a defined maturity model, moving every marketer toward self-sustaining, AI-first work Prepare marketers for an agentic future — not just prompt writing, but designing, building, and overseeing autonomous, multi-agent workflows Who you are We're looking for people who have already lived the transformation they'll be driving for others. You've used AI to fundamentally change how work gets done, not as a novelty, but as your default operating mode. You are a deep AI practitioner. You build agents, automations, and tools fluently. You don't just know what AI can do in theory. You've built things that changed how real teams operate, and the people you built for actually use what you shipped. You build in real time alongside the people you support. You spot transformation opportunities and execute on them. You look at a team's workflows and see where AI changes the economics: where existing work can be done in a fraction of the time, or where entirely new programs become viable that weren't worth doing before. Then you build the thing, not just the slide. You understand marketing work. You either have direct experience in marketing or quickly learn the workflows, deliverables, tools, and pressures of your assigned cohort. You know that understanding someone's work is a prerequisite to transforming it. You are a pattern recognizer. When you build something that works for one person, you immediately see how it applies to others. You think in systems, not one-off solutions. You are a strong communicator. You explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, adapt your style to different people, and make progress visible to leadership and stakeholders. You are high-caliber, persistent, and versatile. Your skills and experience are valuable across the company. You're the kind of person who succeeds in many roles at Stripe. You bias toward action and speed. You'd rather show someone a working proof-of-concept on their own deliverable today than present a polished deck about what's theoretically possible next quarter. You are comfortable with ambiguity and evolution. This is a new team building a new operating model. The playbook will be rewritten as we learn. You thrive in that environment. Minimum requirements 5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, tools, automations, or workflows that real people use in their actual work, whether that made existing processes meaningfully more efficient or made previously unviable work possible for the first time Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, workflow automation tools) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapt your style to different learners Comfort working across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously (you'll be supporting 25–45 marketers at varying stages of their AI journey) Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others, with evidence that people you've helped actually changed how they work Preferred qualifications Experience in a formal AI transformation role where the job was substantially about identifying opportunities for workflow transformation and executing on them with hands-on builds Experience helping people become more expert AI users and capable builders Experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or a closely adjacent function, including familiarity with marketing technology stacks (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, content management tools)

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team Sail Core builds Stripe's frontend platform—the data layer, navigation, observability, and developer tooling that 50+ product teams use to ship web applications, with the Dashboard being the largest. We are responsible for enabling a stellar developer experience for frontend engineers at Stripe. We're hiring a deeply technical product manager to own the platform strategy, drive cross-company modernization initiatives, and set the standard for frontend excellence at Stripe. What you'll do How should a platform team decide what to build when 50 teams depend on you and each one thinks their request is the most urgent? When do you invest in long-term architectural health versus shipping the migration that unblocks next quarter's goal? How do you make 9,000 files at initialization become a fast, traceable, joyful developer experience—without breaking production for millions of merchants along the way? Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for Stripe's frontend platform Drive the largest frontend modernization initiative at Stripe while holding the line on architectural quality Redefine frontend development with agentic tooling Define and track key metrics such as latency, build times, and reliability SLOs to make difficult trade-off decisions Be the product voice in deeply technical decisions such as API surface design, framework deprecation sequencing, extraction boundaries, and migration tooling Who you are You think in systems, not features. You go deep on architecture, you don't delegate to engineering. You're the person who reads the RFC before the meeting, asks why the error response looks like that, and frames migrations in terms of user outcomes, not just engineering milestones. You treat developer experience as part of the product, not a byproduct. We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on platform, infrastructure, or developer tools teams Strong technical fluency in frontend web development—you discuss JavaScript and TypeScript, React component models, build systems, and performance optimization with depth Experience driving large-scale migrations or platform transitions across multiple teams, including the sequencing, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment that make them succeed Demonstrated use of quantitative metrics to drive platform investment decisions—you've defined the metrics, not just tracked them Track record of partnering with engineering to make architectural trade-offs grounded in user impact Preferred qualifications Engineering background—you've written frontend code professionally and it still shapes how you think about product decisions Led or significantly contributed to a legacy extraction or monolith decomposition effort and understand viscerally why they're hard and where they get stuck Believe that fast software is the best software Naturally default to the platform solution over the one-off fix, but know when speed demands the opposite Explain what a cascading re-render is, why it matters, and what to do about it—to an engineer, a designer, and a VP, in three different ways

The AI GTM team is focused on helping AI-native businesses monetize and scale. We're in a unique position—partnering with the world's most ambitious AI companies (like OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and NVIDIA) to help them grow. This is one of the fastest growing parts of the business, and we need more great people to help us continue to accelerate. What you'll do As a Sales Manager on the AI GTM team at Stripe, you will leverage your sales leadership and product expertise to drive growth through new and existing strategic AI customers. Engage with Product, Marketing, and User Operations teams to influence our product roadmap (you are on the frontier!) and accelerate our growth trajectory for our AI industry users. Serve as both an internal and customer-facing expert on Stripe's products, particularly as they apply to AI-native business models (usage-based billing, marketplace payments, embedded finance, agentic commerce). Build strong relationships with customer executives (CEO, CFO, CTO) and serve as a trusted advisor on how Stripe can support their growth. Create best practices and improve the business and customer engagement model. Who you are Sales leader. You are an adept sales leader, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization. You possess an organized, self-starter mindset and excellent communication skills, with a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you. AI enthusiast. You have deep context in the AI industry and are energized by keeping up with new developments in the space. You bring a user-first mindset— you approach every customer interaction as a consultative partner rather than a transactional seller. Technically curious. You understand APIs, webhooks, and modern developer tools—and you can hold credible conversations with engineering leaders about how Stripe's infrastructure fits into their stack. Minimum requirements 8+ years of sales leadership experience, launching and growing high-functioning sales teams/products. 10+ years of experience in hyper-growth SaaS or technology environments across the AMER region. Demonstrated success managing existing/growth customer portfolios and driving revenue expansion. Deep understanding of AI industry dynamics, business models, and monetization strategies (usage-based pricing, API-first distribution, agentic commerce). Strong product acumen—ability to learn and articulate complex product capabilities, understand how they work technically, and connect them to user needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders. An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke agreements with commercial and enterprise businesses. Preferred qualifications Industry experience in payments, financial infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms. Existing relationships within the AI ecosystem (AI labs, AI-native SaaS companies, developer platforms). Experience selling complex platform solutions involving multiple products. Prior experience at a growth-stage software company or a leading payments/fintech company. Familiarity with Stripe's product suite and how AI companies leverage financial infrastructure to scale.

About the team Web Presence and Platform is organized into two pillars, each of which is grouped into pods that focus on the central tenets of Stripe's public mission. The Presence pillar creates industry-leading designs for Stripe's front door surfaces, educating customers about the power of our platform, sharing Stripe's ideas and expertise with the public, and driving adoption. The Platform pillar builds the internal machinery that powers these surfaces, and is responsible for making our websites fast, stable, and easy to update. Together we design and build stripe.com and other sites that amount to what is, for many, their first impression of Stripe. The Collective pod leverages design, animation, and interaction to drive awareness, educate prospective users, and share Stripe's expertise across public surfaces such as Stripe.com, Link, and others. The Expansion pod brings the same creativity and executional rigor to attracting new prospects and driving conversion, focusing on user journeys, interactive and highly polished tools for users, and building targeted experiences for our global users. As a Design Engineer on the Collective pod, you will help us continue to drive Stripe.com forward, bringing new experiences to life or refining existing content to inform prospective users about the company and its offerings. About the team Abuse Control Engineering (ACE) is Stripe’s rapid-response technical defense and control incubator. When urgent abuse vectors emerge, ACE bridges the gap using real attacker telemetry to prototype, test, and deploy software safeguards before vulnerabilities can be exploited at scale. We partner closely with Fraud, Risk and Product Engineering to run rigorous experiments, balancing aggressive risk mitigation against legitimate user conversion.
