About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're looking for a FinOps Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the Terraform or Lambda that ships the fix, working on a product feature chasing a number until it reconciles, and influencing product decisions when cost to reliability tradeoffs hit. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week. What You'll Be Responsible For In this role, you'll: Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation. Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on. Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review. Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit. Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards engineering and finance can both read. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics. Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex). Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work. Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required. Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Have prior experience in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance role. Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority. Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. We are seeking a platform engineer to join our Edge & Networking squad. This team owns everything that happens at the network perimeter: API gateway, routing, load balancing, DNS, and secure global traffic distribution. You'll design, build, and operate systems that are both robust and highly automated — enabling us to to scale reliably while maintaining low latency and high availability across our global infrastructure. You will work closely with other infrastructure and product teams to ensure seamless integration, observability, and performance of our edge services. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Billing team at Supabase. Billing owns the monetization and revenue systems that turn platform usage into accurate customer charges and finance-ready revenue data. The team’s scope includes plans, subscriptions, usage-based billing, invoices, payments, credits, coupons, taxation, dunning, collections, pricing mechanics, entitlements, marketplace and partner billing paths, and integrations with providers such as Stripe and Orb. Billing sits at the intersection of engineering, product, finance, data, support, and partnerships. The systems are revenue-critical and trust-critical: they must remain correct, predictable, supportable, observable, and extensible as Supabase grows and introduces new products, pricing models, and partner channels. This is a people, delivery, and technical leadership role. We don’t expect managers to contribute production code directly, but we do expect you to participate in architecture and design discussions, challenge plans with sound technical reasoning, and set a high bar for correctness, reliability, and operational maturity. What You'll Be Responsible For Team & People Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports. Coach engineers working across backend application code, data pipelines, external integrations, and operational workflows. Build durable ownership across the team so critical billing knowledge, access, and incident response do not depend on one person. Handle people administration, including leave and time off, for your team. Hiring Own the hiring plan for the Billing team and act as Hiring Manager and first-round interviewer for roles on the team. Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates with the right mix of billing-domain depth and engineering judgment. Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase. Delivery, Roadmap & Partnerships Own the Billing roadmap and project management in Linear, driving accountability, clear milestones, and predictable delivery. Balance new pricing and product capabilities with investments in system correctness, resilience, supportability, and technical debt. Manage workflow intake and Slack triage, deciding what should be routed, prioritized, sequenced, or pushed back on. Own weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating unnecessary overhead. Surface risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and revenue or customer-impact concerns early and clearly to leadership. Incident Commander Train as an Incident Commander and lead coordination, resolution, customer-impact assessment, and post-incident follow-up. Lead blameless post-incident reviews. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems. Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams. Have managed a billing engineering team at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. Experience with developer tools or databases is a strong preference, but we'll consider any sufficiently technical background where you can demonstrate the ability to ramp on a new domain. Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones. Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for. Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same. Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room. Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done. Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them. Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much. Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early. Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room. Relevant Billing Domain & Technical Expertise You should bring experience across most of the following areas: Subscription lifecycle and monetization mechanics: plans and packaging, billing cycles, upgrades and downgrades, proration, upfront and in-arrears charges, add-ons, credits, coupons, discounts, refunds, taxes, dunning, collections, disputes, and chargebacks. Usage-based billing at scale: converting raw product and infrastructure telemetry into billable usage; defining meters and dimensions; applying quotas and pricing; handling late-arriving data; and supporting deterministic reruns, backfills, and reconciliation. Payments and billing-provider integrations: production experience with Stripe, Orb, or comparable providers, including APIs, webhooks, invoice lifecycle, payment failures, event ingestion, sync engines, rate limits, provider SLAs, and graceful degradation during outages. Entitlements and pricing enforcement: separating feature access from charging, managing plan defaults and customer-specific overrides, and designing auditable controls that keep product behaviour consistent with commercial agreements. Cross-functional billing operations: working effectively with Finance, Data, Product, Support, Sales/RevOps, and Partnerships on revenue reporting, customer support, fraud and payment risk, marketplace billing, and new pricing launches. What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform built for developers. We provide a complete backend solution — Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search — all deeply integrated and designed to scale. Millions of developers build on Supabase. We're remote-first, async-native, and we move fast. About the role We're in the early days of building our partner marketplace program, and this role is foundational to it. You'll help lay the groundwork for what this program becomes — starting by owning two critical pieces: deep account management for our top marketplace and referral partners, and vetting the intake of new partnership requests. You'll take a focused set of high-priority partners and go deep — building the co-marketing and co-sell motion that drives real user growth — while also serving as the first filter for new partner opportunities coming into the pipeline. What you'll do Partner Account Management Develop and execute co-marketing and co-sell strategies with each partner to drive user growth Own day-to-day relationship management for a focused portfolio of top marketplace and referral partners Report on partner performance and progress — adoption, attribution, revenue impact — to internal stakeholders Coordinate integration support and ensure partners have what they need to succeed post-signature Partner Intake & Routing Vet incoming partnership requests and evaluate fit against our partnership criteria Ensure new partners are routed and bucketed correctly across the right internal programs Own partner onboarding — getting new partners set up and moving smoothly from signed agreement to active partner Flag high-potential opportunities for further evaluation or escalation Who you are 5-10 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales Experience helping build a marketplace from 0 to 1 Domain expertise spanning PLG motions, integrations, marketplace ecosystems, and devtools/database companies — you understand how developers evaluate and adopt infrastructure tooling, and you've seen how partner programs operate from the inside Track record of driving co-marketing and co-sell campaigns that delivered measurable results, with a solid grasp of attribution Fluent working across modern tool stacks — Notion, Linear, Slack, Claude, and similar systems — as part of your daily workflow Nice to have Prior experience at an early-stage startup Hands-on experience building with Supabase or AI-powered tools (Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc.) We Offer 100% remote, no location-based salary adjustments Autonomous work environment Comprehensive health, vision, and dental — 100% for employees, 80% for dependents Tech Allowance + Annual Education Allowance Annual company off-sites What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role Supabase's Partnerships function is scaling fast - spanning Technology Partners, Solution Partners, Startups, and Cloud Partnerships. We're looking for a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational and technical backbone that lets this team move quickly and make decisions with good data. This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll design the systems, processes, and reporting that the whole partnerships org runs on - and, increasingly, you'll build the internal tools yourself. Supabase is investing heavily in AI-assisted development to move faster than a traditional ops build cycle allows, and this role is expected to be a leading example of that inside Partnerships. You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and sit alongside our regional and functional leads as a peer, with the mandate to build and enforce operational rigor across all teams. Beyond the infrastructure, we want someone who helps shape where Partnerships places its bets - not just the system that reports on them. What You'll Own Systems & Data Infrastructure Own the partner tech stack end-to-end - CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals. Design and maintain partner attribution models and the dashboards leadership uses to evaluate performance. Ensure data hygiene and consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints spanning all sub-functions. Process & Program Management Design and run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs. Own the RFC / DRI decision-making framework for the partnerships team, including how it's used and refined over time. Run deal-registration and "quarterback" account-ownership processes that keep internal teams aligned on partner-sourced deals. Build and maintain the playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials that let the team scale without you in every meeting. Internal Tooling & Automation Build internal automations that remove manual ops work - e.g., auto-generated partner performance reports, HubSpot-to-Slack syncs, or deal-conflict alerts - using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code. Prototype and ship lightweight internal apps and dashboards (partner health scorecards, RFC trackers, cross-tool syncs) without waiting on a shared data engineering backlog. Act as technical owner for partnerships' internal tools: write the spec, build it, test it, ship it, and maintain it. Know where the line is between a quick internal script and something that needs to be handed to Data/Engineering for production hardening - and manage that handoff cleanly. Reporting & Analytics Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue and pipeline influence. Own the metrics and KPI framework the partnerships team is measured against. Support QBRs and board-level reporting on partnership performance. Strategic Contribution Contribute to partner segmentation, tiering, and prioritization strategy - bringing data and operational reality to bear on where the team should invest. Challenge existing assumptions in the partner motion (which tiers, which incentive structures, which sub-functions get resourced) using evidence from the systems you own. Partner with the Head of Partnerships on strategic planning cycles - translating operational signal into recommendations, not just dashboards. Own execution of agreed strategic direction: once a call is made, drive the operational and cross-functional work to make it real. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance. Ensure partner agreement terms are correctly reflected in systems and reporting. Sit at the table for partner segmentation, tiering, and incentive-structure decisions as a contributor and challenger, not just an operator reporting on them after the fact. What We're Looking For 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function, including experience designing (not just running) a program at scale. Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack - you've made the build/buy/migrate calls, not just administered someone else's setup. Comfortable operating as the operational voice in exec-level rooms - QBRs, board prep, and cross-functional planning. Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar) - you can scope a problem, prompt effectively, review the output critically, and ship something real. A point of view on partner economics - rev share modeling, LTV by partner type - that can inform deal structuring, not just track it after signature. A track record of shaping strategic decisions, not just implementing them - comfortable pressure-testing a plan in the room and then owning the execution once direction is set. Experience managing a small team or dotted-line relationships across regions or sub-functions. Excellent written communication - you can turn ambiguity into a clear framework or a one-page decision doc. Nice to Have Experience with HubSpot (custom partner objects, multi-touch attribution), Clazar for cloud co-sell, and Linear for project management. Background in a developer-tools or platform business with a partner-driven go-to-market motion. Prior experience building internal tools or scripts, even informally, before AI-assisted development made it mainstream. How We'll Evaluate Alongside standard interviews, candidates will complete a short build exercise: given a messy partner-data problem, show us how you'd use Claude Code (or a similar tool) to solve it. We're evaluating judgment and problem-scoping as much as the output itself. What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We are seeking a platform engineer to join our Compute Capacity team. This team owns the capacity plan that keeps compute supply ahead of demand across every region we operate in — the forecasting, buffer policy, and provisioning systems that make sure a project never runs into a wall it didn't know was there. You'll work on the systems that turn a capacity plan into provisioned reality: reservation acquisition, fleet reconciliation, and the automation that keeps what we've committed to in sync with what we're actually running. You'll help build the metrics and alerting that let capacity problems surface months out, on vendor lead time, rather than at the moment someone needs the room. You'll design, build, and operate systems that are both robust and highly automated — helping us hold the right buffer at the right cost, catch drift before it becomes a shortage, and give every team a single, trustworthy view of how much room we have across the millions of databases we manage. What You'll Be Responsible For Help build and maintain the capacity plan that keeps Supabase's compute supply ahead of demand across regions and instance families Support buffer policy by modeling headroom targets and their cost tradeoffs for review and sign-off Build and maintain automation that turns the capacity plan into provisioned reality — reservation acquisition and top-up, fleet reconciliation, drift detection between committed and running capacity Extend our infrastructure as code for capacity-relevant provisioning Instrument capacity: build and maintain metrics for saturation, reservation coverage, idle buffer, forecast error, and provisioning latency Build and tune capacity alerting so headroom, quota, and reservation issues surface months out rather than at the moment of impact Support the demand gate — helping intake large customer commitments, launches, migrations, and new regions so they reach the plan before they reach the fleet Contribute to mitigation projects: right-sizing, instance-family migrations, autoscaling improvements, workload consolidation Help drive down compute cost per database through right-sizing, placement, and commitment coverage work Participate in capacity incident response and post-incident follow-through You Might Be A Good Fit If You Have 5+ years across infrastructure engineering, SRE, platform, or capacity engineering, ideally at SaaS or cloud infrastructure scale Have production software engineering experience — you've owned and operated a service , not just a notebook. Comfortable in modern languages like TypeScript, Python , and Go Are comfortable working against forecasts and assumptions that are incomplete, and can revise your work as those assumptions change Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi or Terraform) Have built or maintained observability for systems you own — metrics that answer real questions and alerting people trust (Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar); Have solid working knowledge of AWS EC2 : instance families and generations, purchase options, capacity reservations, and quota mechanics Have some financial fluency — you understand reservation economics and the basic tradeoffs between coverage, utilization, and cost Communicate clearly across audiences, from engineers to finance stakeholders What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Leader owns the health, direction, and performance of the Technical Account Management function. Where an individual TAM is the primary technical partner for their own portfolio of accounts, the TAM Leader is accountable for the entire TAM book — every account covered by the team, every partner relationship with a technical dimension, and the people who deliver against them. The TAM Leader is both a player and a coach: they carry direct accountability for coverage decisions, escalation outcomes, and cross-functional alignment, while spending the majority of their time developing the individual TAMs so the team's proactive, relationship-first approach scales without becoming a response channel. Core Responsibilities People Leadership & Team Development The TAM Leader hires, coaches, and grows the TAM team so each member operates as a credible, proactive technical partner to their accounts. This includes: Hiring and onboarding new TAMs, including running them through the TAM Path ramp Running regular 1:1s, setting individual development plans, and giving direct feedback on account plans, QBRs, and escalation handling Building and maintaining repeatable playbooks (upgrade runbooks, optimization playbooks, escalation patterns) so quality doesn't depend on tenure Setting and holding the team to a consistent bar for technical depth, proactivity, and communication Portfolio & Coverage Ownership The TAM Leader owns the coverage model for the entire function — deciding, tracking, and refreshing who is assigned where, and closing gaps as they surface. This includes the two account universes the role is accountable for: Named accounts — the full book maintained in the Draft TAM Accounts doc , currently ~$33.1M ARR across 120 accounts split across the team, capped at 20 accounts per TAM Partner-mapped accounts — every partner with a named Technical Account Manager in the Partner Mappings , spanning Strategic AI, Growth, and Other tiers Running the quarterly review/refresh of assigned accounts, rebalancing books as ARR and strategic relationships shift Resolving open coverage gaps (e.g. regions or account types with no TAM alignment) and deciding when a controlled exception, a new hire, or a change in tier definition is the right fix Approving leadership-discretion assignments and cap exceptions, and making the trim/reassign calls when an account is dropped for capacity Customer Technical Ownership (oversight) The TAM Leader ensures every assigned account — named or partner-mapped — has a clear, accountable technical owner. They spot-check account documentation, architecture understanding, and risk tracking across the book, and step in directly on the most strategic or highest-risk accounts. Onboarding and Adoption (oversight) The TAM Leader ensures the team consistently shortens time to value for new accounts by: Auditing that architecture and deployment validation is happening post-sale, not skipped Coaching TAMs on configuration guidance and best-practice delivery Tracking early success milestones across the portfolio, not just account by account Proactive Technical Guidance (oversight) The TAM Leader ensures environment reviews and risk/optimization surfacing happen on a regular cadence across the whole book, covering scalability, reliability, security, and lifecycle planning — and holds the team accountable when reviews lapse. Issue Management and Escalation The TAM Leader is the escalation layer above the individual TAM — brought in on complex, high-impact, or multi-stakeholder issues rather than replacing the TAM as primary contact. This includes: Coordinating across support, engineering, and success during major incidents Owning execution of the Named Account Escalation SLA sequence when it's triggered Ensuring root cause analysis and preventative action actually close out, not just the immediate fire Isolating TAMs from technical repair work so they can stay focused on the relationship while the right team handles the fix Strategic Technical Planning (oversight) The TAM Leader ensures account plans across the book stay aligned to customer roadmaps, and personally engages on capacity, architecture, or growth planning for the largest or most strategic accounts and partners. Internal Collaboration Engineering and Product The TAM Leader represents the aggregated voice of the customer — patterns across accounts, not just one-off feedback — to engineering and product, and prioritizes which recurring pain points or gaps get pushed for a fix versus handled as one-offs. Support The TAM Leader maintains the operating agreement between TAM and Support (TAMs are not frontline support) and is the point of escalation when that boundary needs adjudicating on a specific account. Sales and Customer Success The TAM Leader partners with Sales and Success leadership on account health and retention at the portfolio level — surfacing which accounts or partners are trending at risk, and where TAM coverage itself needs to change to protect NRR. Partnerships Because the TAM Leader owns the Technical Account Manager assignments inside the Partner Mappings, they work directly with each partner's Account Quarterback, Partner Manager, and Solutions Architect to make sure the technical relationship keeps pace with partner stage (Prospecting through Scaling) and tier (Strategic AI, Growth, Other) — while staying out of commercial terms, which live with the Partner Manager. Success Metrics Common indicators of TAM Leader effectiveness include: Coverage: % of the $33.1M+ named-account book and partner-mapped accounts with an assigned, active TAM Team health: ramp time to productivity for new TAMs, retention of the TAM team itself Customer adoption and usage depth across the book Reduction in critical incidents and time to resolution for escalated issues, portfolio-wide Customer satisfaction and retention (NRR) across named and partner-mapped accounts Consistency: QBR completion rate and account plan quality across the team, not just top performers Tools Used by the TAM Team This section documents the tools and systems used by the Technical Account Management team. It is intended to be kept up to date as tooling evolves. Admin Studio Grafana Hex pgAdmin HubSpot (account ARR, tier, and health data) Notion — Draft TAM Accounts doc and Partner Mappings database Scope of Coverage The TAM Leader is accountable for the full combined book the function covers, not a single portfolio: Named accounts in the Draft TAM Accounts doc — every account already assigned to one of the individual TAMs, plus resolution of open decisions such as the current APAC coverage gap Partner-mapped accounts in the Partner Mappings — ensuring every partner that warrants a technical relationship has a named TAM against it, and that the mapping stays current as partners move through Stage and Tier Account Mapping TAM Standard (Pooled) Spend — For customers at $100K ARR, access to pooled TAM resources for a set (time TBD) hours per month Pooled TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase pooled access to the TAM team (requires Enterprise Support SKU) Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs TAM Premium (Dedicated) Spend — For customers at $250K ARR, access to a dedicated TAM resource for a set (time TBD) hours per month Dedicated TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase an assigned TAM (requires Enterprise Support SKU) Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs The TAM Leader owns tier decisions, the quarterly refresh of this mapping, and any leadership-discretion exceptions. What TAM Leaders Do Not Do To keep the function focused and scaling, the TAM Leader does not: Replace the individual TAM as an account's day-to-day technical relationship owner — accounts scale by layering support on, not by handing off Perform day-to-day operational work for customers Own or negotiate commercial terms for either named accounts or partner deals — that stays with the AE or Partner Manager Act as professional services for custom implementations Manage frontline support case queues Ideal Individual A world-class Technical Account Manager Leader at Supabase has done the individual TAM job well and now wants to multiply it across a team. Technical depth — Same bar as an individual TAM: can go deep on database internals, scalability, security posture, and infrastructure tradeoffs, and can still credibly work a strategic account directly when needed People leadership — Has hired, coached, and grown a technical team before; gives direct, specific feedback and knows how to develop someone from good to great Portfolio-level judgment — Can look across 100+ accounts and a partner book and tell where coverage is thin, where an account should move tiers, and where to spend leadership discretion Escalation command — Comfortable being the senior voice in a high-severity, multi-stakeholder incident, coordinating support, engineering, and success without adding noise Cross-functional influence at altitude — Represents patterns across the whole book to engineering, product, sales, and partnerships leadership — not just one account's feedback Communication clarity — Can brief an executive on portfolio health and coach a TAM through a root cause analysis in the same day Retention and expansion awareness — Understands that TAM Leader performance shows up in aggregate NRR across the book; proactively rebalances coverage toward the accounts and partners most at risk Experience — Background in engineering, SRE, or technical consulting, plus a track record of leading a technical customer-facing team Summary The Technical Account Manager Leader exists to make sure every account and partner relationship the TAM function is accountable for — the full Draft TAM Accounts book and the entire Partner Mappings coverage — has a technical owner, and that the team delivering against it keeps getting better. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (SA) Leader owns the health, direction, and performance of the Solutions Architecture function. Where an individual SA is the technical owner within the sales cycle for their assigned opportunities, the SA Leader is accountable for technical win rate and deal velocity across the entire pre-sales motion — every channel the team supports, and the people who deliver against it. The SA Leader is a player-coach: they carry direct accountability for channel coverage, the most strategic or highest-stakes evaluations, and cross-functional GTM alignment, while spending the majority of their time developing individual SAs so the team's proactive, commercially-sharp approach scales without becoming order-taking. Compensation Note: SA Leader compensation is tied to team-wide ARR bookings — new logo, expansion, and multi-year commitments across every SA's pipeline, not just deals the Leader personally works. The Leader is expected to operate with the same commercial mindset as the team, at portfolio scale. Core Responsibilities People Leadership & Team Development The SA Leader hires, coaches, and grows the SA team so each member operates as a credible, commercially sharp technical partner in the sales cycle. This includes: Hiring and onboarding new SAs, including calibrating them against the channel-specific technical evaluation prompts Running regular 1:1s, reviewing deal strategy, PoC scoping, and objection handling, and giving direct feedback Building and maintaining repeatable playbooks (discovery frameworks, PoC templates, objection/RFP responses, competitive positioning) so quality doesn't depend on tenure Setting and holding the team to a consistent bar for technical depth, commercial instinct, and quota attainment Channel & Coverage Ownership The SA Leader owns the coverage model for the entire function — deciding, tracking, and rebalancing which SAs support which channels, and closing gaps as pipeline shifts. This includes accountability across all five channels in the SA Channel Mapping : Direct Sales (AMER, EMEA, APJ) Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) Accelerators, Incubators, VCs (YCombinator, TechStars, 500 Startups) SfP + OAuth Partners (Lovable, Bolt, Anthropic) Solution Providers ( Postgres.ai , Stormatics) Rebalancing SA assignment across channels as pipeline volume, deal complexity, or new partner motions shift Resolving coverage gaps (a channel with no dedicated SA depth, or a region outgrowing its current allocation) and deciding when a hire, a cross-channel reassignment, or a controlled exception is the right fix Approving which opportunities warrant Leader-level involvement directly, versus staying with the assigned SA Technical Sales Ownership (oversight) The SA Leader ensures every significant opportunity has a clear, accountable technical owner across architecture fit, use cases, evaluation criteria, and competitive positioning — spot-checking deal documentation and risk tracking across the pipeline, and stepping in directly on the largest or most strategic evaluations. Discovery and Technical Qualification (oversight) The SA Leader ensures the team consistently qualifies opportunities as technically winnable early, coaching SAs on discovery quality and holding the team accountable for surfacing deal-level risk to AEs and sales leadership before it costs a deal. Proof of Concept and Evaluation Support (oversight) The SA Leader ensures PoCs across the team are scoped to demonstrate differentiated value, not just technical box-checking — auditing success criteria, evaluation structure, and win-rate patterns across the whole book of active evaluations. Technical Objection Handling (oversight) The SA Leader is the escalation layer above the individual SA for the hardest architecture, security, or compliance objections — brought in on RFPs, security questionnaires, and competitive deals that could stall without senior technical input, without replacing the SA as the deal's primary technical contact. Commercial Technical Alignment (oversight) The SA Leader ensures the team consistently connects technical requirements to commercial outcomes across the pipeline, and personally engages on pricing/packaging justification and expansion-signal strategy for the largest deals. Internal Collaboration Sales (Account Executives) The SA Leader partners with Sales leadership to make sure SA/AE pairing is working at the portfolio level — owning the technical narrative in aggregate while sales leadership owns the commercial motion — and personally steps in when a specific SA/AE partnership needs adjudicating. Partnerships The SA Leader works with Partner Leads across every channel (Hyperscalers, Accelerators, SfP+OAuth, Solution Providers) to make sure SA support scales with each channel's motion, while commercial terms and channel strategy stay owned by the Partner Lead. Engineering and Product The SA Leader represents the aggregated market signal — patterns across deals, not just one opportunity — to engineering and product, and prioritizes which recurring technical blockers or roadmap gaps are costing the team deals versus which are one-offs. Technical Account Management (TAM) and Customer Engineering The SA Leader ensures handoff quality from pre-sale to post-sale is consistent across the team — auditing that architecture decisions, commitments, and open items are documented well enough that TAMs and CEs can drive early adoption without re-discovering the deal. Success Metrics SA Leader effectiveness is measured by commercial and technical outcomes across the whole team, not just their own deals: Team ARR Bookings — new logo and expansion ARR across every SA's pipeline, relative to team quota Deal Velocity — time from technical qualification to technical win, tracked across channels PoC Win Rate — percentage of structured evaluations that convert to closed-won, team-wide Pipeline Coverage — volume and quality of SA-engaged opportunities relative to quota, per channel Handoff Quality — post-sale team satisfaction with documentation and deal context, across the team Team health — ramp time to productivity for new SAs, retention of the SA team itself Tools Used by the SA Team This section documents the tools and systems used by the Solutions Architecture team. It is intended to be kept up to date as tooling evolves. HubSpot Hex AdminConsole Grafana Scope of Coverage The SA Leader is accountable for technical pre-sales coverage across every channel the function supports, not a single book of deals: Direct Sales (AMER, EMEA, APJ) Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) Accelerators, Incubators, VCs (YCombinator, TechStars, 500 Startups) SfP + OAuth Partners (Lovable, Bolt, Anthropic) Solution Providers ( Postgres.ai , Stormatics) Each channel requires a different selling motion and technical path to win; the SA Leader ensures the team's channel assignment and playbooks keep pace with where pipeline is actually moving. What SA Leaders Do Not Do To keep the function focused and scaling, the SA Leader does not: Own post-sale technical delivery or ongoing account management — that stays with TAM/CE Perform implementation or professional services work outside of a formal PoC Take over account health monitoring Set or negotiate commercial terms independently of the AE or Partner Lead Replace the individual SA as a deal's primary technical contact — the Leader escalates in, they don't take over Ideal Individual A world-class SA Leader at Supabase has done the individual SA job well — deeply technical, commercially sharp, genuinely curious about how customers build — and now wants to multiply that across a team. Technical depth — Can still design a production-grade architecture in a discovery call, debug a PoC, and earn credibility with a CTO on the spot People leadership — Has hired, coached, and grown a technical sales team before; gives direct, specific feedback and knows how to develop an SA into a future lead Channel-level judgment — Can look across all five channels and tell where coverage is thin, where a channel's motion is shifting, and where to reallocate SA attention Commercial instinct at scale — Thinks in team-wide ARR bookings, not just their own quota; knows which deals warrant Leader-level involvement Expansion mindset — Coaches SAs to proactively surface new teams, workloads, and use cases that grow account footprint, and does the same personally on the largest deals Communication range — Equally credible whiteboarding with a senior engineer, coaching an SA through a hard escalation, and briefing sales leadership on pipeline health Internal leverage — Turns competitive patterns, objection responses, and architecture templates from individual deals into playbooks that scale across the team Quota attainment (team) — Track record of carrying and closing a pre-sales quota personally, plus experience being accountable for a team's aggregate number Experience — Has built something in production, comes from an engineering, founding, or hands-on technical background, and has led a technical, customer-facing team Summary The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect Leader exists to make sure every channel the SA function is accountable for — Direct Sales, Hyperscalers, Accelerators, SfP+OAuth Partners, and Solution Providers — has the right technical coverage to win deals, and that the team delivering against it keeps getting better. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. More than 10 million developers build on it, from solo founders shipping over a weekend to teams and builders via Vercel, Lovable and Stripe, and every one of them reaches Supabase through a surface: an API, an auth flow, an SDK, or a Partner's product with Supabase integrated. The current and next wave of software leans on those surfaces harder than any before it. Agents now act on behalf of developers and end users, authentication has to work machine-to-machine as seamlessly as it once worked human-to-human, and independent platforms increasingly need to authenticate, delegate, and coordinate with each other without a person in the loop. For a platform built on Postgres with Auth, Compute, Storage and generated Data APIs at its core, the surfaces where Supabase meets Partners and their systems are some of the most important avenues that we own - this role owns these surfaces. This role owns a focused portfolio of those Partners. Not the platform as a whole, but a small number of strategic Partners whose integrations you are accountable for making excellent. Success here is a product measure, not a commercial one: the integration is high quality, the developers who use it are well served, and it keeps improving. That means living close to those developers, obsessing over where the integration fails them, and turning what you learn into the roadmap. It is a product and engineering job first, because the best integrations are won in architecture reviews and pull requests, not in meetings. What You'll Be Responsible For Owning the success of a focused portfolio of strategic Partners, a small number of them rather than the platform as a whole. You are accountable for the outcome of each partnership: a high-quality integration that the developers who use it reach for, and that keeps getting better. Living close to the developers who use these integrations. Talking to them constantly, finding where each integration breaks down in real use, and building the roadmap from that signal rather than from a Partner's wishlist. Deciding the right integration model for each Partner: what Supabase owns, what the Partner owns, what you build jointly, and what stays open and Partner-agnostic, reading whether the two roadmaps run together or diverge and choosing accordingly. Working hands-on with each Partner's product and engineering counterparts to ship. Holding your own in an architecture review and a code-level design discussion, and turning strategy into shipped, high-quality integrations rather than long conversations. Setting the quality bar for what a great integration looks like, and building the mechanisms (documentation, tooling, guardrails, versioning) that hold every Partner to it as adoption scales. Defining what success looks like for each integration and measure it honestly: adoption by the developers who use it, integration quality, and reliability in real use. Using those signals to decide how deep to go with each Partner and where to push the integration next. You Might Be a Good Fit If You: Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with strong product instincts, and are technical enough to read an architecture doc, follow a design discussion, and ask the right questions. Are based in the San Francisco Bay Area. While we hire globally for almost all roles, this role requires being located near SF (please note we don't sponsor work visa or relocations, you already need to be based in the Bay Area). Have shipped integration or platform surfaces that other companies' systems build against, owning APIs, auth or identity flows, or developer-facing platform surfaces end to end, and can reason at the product level about how two independent systems should authenticate and exchange data: where to be open, where to be strict, and where trust lies in these integrations. Familiarity with more recent primitives like workers/agent sandboxes and developer-tooling products, or with machine-to-machine authentication, is a bonus. Are biased toward speed, and would rather ship something imperfect (but secure) while learning than spend another month polishing a spec. Build with what you own, using the surfaces on your roadmap the way a Partner would: standing up an auth flow, calling the Data API, deploying a database, wiring Supabase into another product. You form opinions through first-hand use. Comfortable using AI tools to compress the slower parts of the role, like research, drafting, and synthesising feedback, so you spend more time on judgment calls. Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote, so you make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings. What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. About the Team Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform that 10M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on every day. We're hiring a Branching PM to own the whole path a change takes from a laptop to production: local development with the CLI, migrations and seed data, configuration as code, an isolated branch per pull request, the GitHub integration that tests it, and the promotion to production . Agents now drive a growing share of this workflow: they open branches in parallel, run migrations constantly, and need feedback in seconds. The path has to hold for people and agents alike. What You'll Be Responsible For Talking to customers across the full spectrum. Indie developers running the CLI for the first time, startups wiring up a branch per pull request, platforms that provision environments on Supabase for millions of their own end users, and enterprise teams who need a documented route from development to staging to production. They ask for features. You find the need behind the ask, and those needs set the roadmap. Making the pieces feel like one workflow. The CLI, migrations, seeds, configuration, branches, and Git integration have to land on developers as one path. You decide where one tool ends and the next begins, and the mental model is yours to defend. Owning the outcome of each launch, and defining how it's measured before it ships. The metric, the threshold, and the read afterwards are yours: time to a developer's first migration, branch adoption, the share of teams shipping through a reviewed workflow. Shipping starts the measurement, and the read decides the next call. Owning the problem statement and the commercial shape behind every bet. You capture the customer evidence, name the constraints (provisioning latency, compute capacity, cost per environment, how much production data an environment can hold), and set each target at how good it needs to be. Every environment costs compute, so you decide what stays free to win a developer and what a company pays for. Deciding what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Every quarter you're choosing between local development ergonomics, partner platforms that run their whole user base on this workflow, enterprise release requirements, and the infrastructure work that all of it runs on. You know the path's SLOs and what spending the error budget costs the roadmap. The priorities are yours to defend, and the written non-scope settles most mid-flight asks. Keeping engineering, design, and leadership aligned. Your roadmap runs through compute, storage, the CLI, the dashboard, and the GitHub integration. You write it down, surface dependencies before they become blockers, and keep decisions moving. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or you're an ex-founder with strong product instincts. Technical here means hands-on: you follow a design discussion, get into the code when the answer lives there, with or without AI assistance, and form your requirements from what the system actually does. You've shipped developer-workflow products. You've owned at least one of local development tooling, migrations, CI/CD, ephemeral or preview environments, or Git-integrated deploys. You understand the tradeoffs well enough to judge them: what belongs in a CLI vs. a dashboard, schema-only environments vs. environments with data, copy-on-write clones vs. dump-and-restore, why branching is cheap and merging stateful systems isn't, and how much of a workflow can live in a config file before developers stop reading it. Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem (migrations, extensions, tooling) is a bonus. You're biased toward action. You break big bets into pieces that ship early, treat each release as a test of your assumptions, and deliver carefully enough that this quarter's launch doesn't become next quarter's support burden. You measure speed by how fast the outcome arrives. You build with what you own. You run the workflow yourself: a project running locally, migrations and seeds under version control, a branch opened off a pull request, and a promotion to production you'd trust on a Friday. You use AI to move faster. You reach for AI tools to cut the slow parts and spend the time you save on judgment calls. You work async by default. You make decisions in writing and move threads forward without meetings. What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. About the Role We’re hiring the first Technical Program Manager to join a newly formed Technical Program Management function, reporting to the Head of TPM. This is a founding role, you’ll help design and build how strategic, cross-functional work gets delivered across a global organization. TPMs at Supabase own the connective tissue between teams and between functions, managing the dependencies of our largest programs, and author and maintain/improve the standard of using Linear. This role is a strong fit for someone who has a genuine curiosity about ambiguous, complex problems, is self-directed and has conviction in their craft. What You'll Be Responsible for Partner with Engineering, Product, Design (EPD) and other stakeholder to structure and drive complex, cross-team initiatives; clarifying scope and value, securing commitment across a distributed organization, setting timelines, and leading activities from design through launch. Design systems by building the tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms that surface risk and progress. Build process to ensure launch readiness is predictable, consistent and coordinated across all cross-functional participants. Ask the questions that clarify priority and scope, giving async teams the context to keep building and unblocking. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain transparency into program goals, commitments, risk and delivery quality, primarily through clear written communication. Identify bottlenecks before they become blockers, develop options to resolve them, and clearly communicate the trade-offs that each option carries. Map dependencies and relationships across projects and teams, coordinating delivery across groups that don’t share reporting lines. Keep Engineering, Product, and Design accountable for their own delivery outcomes while you track, surface risk, and unblock. Develop technical and domain fluency to be an active and credible member of the delivery team and triad. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management for software, SaaS or systems development environments A track record of leading large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs to successful completion. Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment The ability to communicate clearly and quickly build credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership. The ability to influence and drive outcomes through others where no direct reporting relationship exists. Strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution, grounded in data rather than opinion Have strong technical fluency to self-identify risk in a plan and hold your own with senior engineers on architecture and dependencies. Experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent tooling at scale. What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. About Supabase Supabase is the open-source backend platform trusted by millions of developers to build web apps, SaaS products, and AI-native applications. Our Partnerships team works across the ecosystem - technology partners, cloud platforms, VCs, accelerators, and startup programs - to make Supabase the default backend for the next generation of companies. About the Role We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to bring our partner ecosystem to life through enablement, events, and programs to raise awareness of Supabase's value proposition to early stage startups . You'll own the materials, playbooks, and activations that help our partners - VCs, accelerators, incubators and entrepreneurship programs - successfully promote and build with Supabase. That includes organizing Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, running office hours, hackathons and VIP dinners, and turning relationships into repeatable, high-impact programs. This role sits on the Partnerships team and reports to the Head of Startups, working closely with teammates across the startup program, GTM, developer relations, and marketing. Because the bulk of our events and partner activity is concentrated in San Francisco and the Bay Area, we strongly prefer candidates based there who can regularly attend and host events in person. It's a great fit for someone who loves the operational craft of enablement and programs and wants to work at the intersection of startups, venture, and developer tools. What You'll Do Build and maintain partner enablement materials - decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides - that help partners across the ecosystem promote and build with Supabase Manage the operational cadence of partner programs: collaborating on strategy, tracking activations, and keeping program logistics running smoothly across partner types Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events — demo days, founder summits, portfolio workshops, partner conferences — including sourcing and preparing speakers for talks and panels Plan and run Supabase hackathons end-to-end: partner coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes, promotion, and post-event follow-through Coordinate cross-functionally with the Partnerships, Startups, GTM, DevRel, Events and Marketing teams to align enablement and event activity with pipeline goals Measure and report on program impact — signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event outcomes Identify new enablement and program opportunities across the partner ecosystem and bring proposals with clear ROI to the team What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing - ideally in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystems A track record of running events (hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops) from planning through post-event reporting Strong project management instincts: you keep many moving pieces on track without dropping details Comfort working and communicating with external stakeholders - technology partners, VCs, accelerators, community leaders - and representing the company professionally Clear written and verbal communication; you can produce polished enablement materials and brief a speaker with equal ease A bias toward measurement: you instinctively ask "did this move the needle?" and build metrics-based reporting to answer it Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy Based in (or willing to relocate to) the San Francisco Bay Area, with availability for regular in-person events, including occasional evenings and weekends Nice to Have Familiarity with the developer tools landscape, AI infrastructure, and/or hands-on experience with databases like Supabase, Postgres, or similar products Experience working with startup accelerators (e.g., YC, Techstars) or VC platform teams Background in developer community or DevRel-adjacent work Experience with CRM and marketing tools (esp. HubSpot) for tracking program performance How You'll Succeed in the Role Build the core “menu” of events and enablement playbook the Partnerships team will use with every partner going forward Ship repeatable events and major partner activations with strong attendance and measurable signups Establish reporting that ties enablement and event activity to partner-sourced pipeline Why Supabase Fully remote team with flexible working hours Work directly with the world's top VCs, accelerators, and fastest-growing startups High ownership: this is a new role you get to shape Competitive compensation and equity What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join our Data Intelligence team and build the measurement foundation that tells us what's actually working across paid and PLG channels. You'll work closely with Marketing, Growth, and channel owners, helping us move past platform-reported metrics and vanity numbers into causal, trusted answers about what drives pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments, is AI-forward in how they work, and is excited about building a measurement function from the ground up. What You'll Be Responsible for Marketing Measurement Strategy Own the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy across experimentation, media mix modeling, and attribution for paid and PLG channels Establish and evolve the attribution framework: how platform data, multi-touch attribution, MMM, and experiments work together to inform decisions Translate complex measurement outputs into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to cut, and how to hit pipeline, revenue, and efficiency targets (CAC, payback, LTV to CAC) Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing measurement, educating stakeholders on causality, model uncertainty, and the limitations of platform-reported metrics Incrementality and Experimentation Design and run always-on incrementality tests, user-level and geo-level, to quantify the causal impact of key channels, campaigns, and tactics Calculate incremental lift, incrementality percent, and incremental ROAS/CPA, and use these to guide budget reallocation Build repeatable analysis templates and playbooks for experiment design, analysis, and readouts so results are consistent across teams Partner with channel owners (paid search, paid social, lifecycle, website/SEO) to build and prioritize a experimentation roadmap, embedding it into campaign planning, creative testing, and audience strategy Media Mix Modeling and Forecasting Build and maintain media mix models using historical data to estimate channel contribution, marginal returns, and optimal budget allocation Incorporate seasonality, adstock, and saturation effects, and continuously validate model performance through backtesting and reconciliation with experiment results Turn MMM insights into budget scenarios and forecasts across channels and regions, communicated in a way non-technical stakeholders can act on Context, Tooling, and Data Integrity Own and build the context and skills that let marketing teams run accurate self-serve analytics: metric definitions, model documentation, and reusable analysis patterns, not just dashboards Use AI tools as a core part of daily work to accelerate analysis and go deeper than a traditional analyst workflow allows, and help establish AI-forward practices across the marketing org Identify gaps and inconsistencies in marketing data (tracking, spend, platform exports) and work cross-functionally to fix them at the root rather than patching around them downstream You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have 6+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or a related role, with a focus on performance marketing and/or PLG growth Deeply understand marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling, and how they complement each other rather than compete Are advanced in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R) for experiment analysis and modeling Have hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments across digital marketing channels: search, social, display, email, in-product Have built or worked closely with MMM and/or advanced attribution models, ideally in a consumption or BaaS environment Have strong business acumen and fluency in growth metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, funnel performance Think in terms of self-service and scale: your instinct is to build tools and frameworks that make marketing teams independently capable, not to become the bottleneck for every "did this work" question Can hold technical and strategic context at once: you're as comfortable in a model's residuals as you are in a conversation about budget tradeoffs Are AI-forward in how you work: you use LLMs and AI tooling habitually and have a clear point of view on how it changes what an analyst can do Communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders and know how to make causal nuance land in a business conversation Thrive in async, autonomous environments and are energized by building a measurement function from the ground up Nice to Haves Experience in BaaS, DevRel or open source dev tool companies, connecting marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes Experience with applied econometrics, time-series modeling, or Bayesian methods for MMM and experimentation Familiarity with common marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, web analytics, CDPs, BI/visualization tools) What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally.
