About the Team The Integrated Marketing team sits at the center of product, brand, creative, media, research, and GTM work. We partner closely with PMM, Product, Developer Relations, Design, Comms, and agency teams to shape launches and campaigns that are clear, distinctive, and grounded in real audience insight. This is a growing function, so the team needs people who can both raise the quality of the work and build the operating model around it: bringing strong judgment, high agency, and trusted partnership to complex, visible moments. About the Role Developers and founders are building some of the most interesting things happening in AI. They’re starting companies, creating new products, and changing how people work. We’re looking for an integrated marketing manager who understands this audience and can shape how OpenAI shows up for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams. That includes supporting campaigns around new products, creating meaningful developer experiences, and finding compelling ways to highlight the people and companies building with our technology. You’ll partner across Product, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Research, Brand, and Creative, along with external agencies and partners, to develop strategies and bring strong ideas to market. The right person understands technology, has good creative judgment, and knows how to turn audience insight into work that feels useful, credible, and worth paying attention to. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with three days a week in the office. In this role, you will: Support marketing strategies for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams building with OpenAI, based on how technical audiences discover tools, evaluate them, and decide what to use. Partner with creative, media, and production agencies to develop briefs, evaluate concepts, improve the work, and bring campaigns to market. Establish agency relationships, campaign budgets, media planning, and paid media investments. Manage integrated campaigns across product launches, developer events, startup initiatives, community programs, and other opportunities to reach builders. Help shape campaign positioning, creative concepts, storytelling, and channel strategy. Bring your own judgment to the work and push for ideas that will actually resonate with developers. Identify compelling developers, founders, and companies building with OpenAI and find thoughtful ways to tell their stories. Measure what’s working across awareness, engagement, consideration, product adoption, and relevant business outcomes, then use those insights to improve future campaigns. You might thrive in this role if you: Have ~ 10+ years of experience in developer marketing, integrated brand marketing, creative or media agencies, product marketing, and/or a related technology marketing role. We care more about the scope, quality, and complexity of your work than an exact number of years. Love technology, follow what developers and founders are building, and actively explore new AI products and tools. You are curious about APIs, models, developer tools, and technical products, and can ask informed questions without oversimplifying. Can earn credibility with engineers, product leaders, developer relations teams, and technical marketers, while also translating technical ideas into campaigns that broader founder, startups, and business audiences can understand. Bring strong brand, media, visual, and creative judgment; have experience selecting and managing agencies, shaping campaign briefs, and delivering distinctive integrated work. Combine analytical thinking, hands-on execution, strong relationships, and original ideas that make the work better for the people around you. You are high-agency, comfortable with ambiguity, able to push back constructively, and trusted as a strategic partner rather than only an execution owner. Building on efforts like Jalapeño, the team is developing future generations of AI-native silicon and tightly integrated systems to power the next generation of frontier models. By co-designing chips, systems, tools, and methodologies, the team helps deliver faster, more efficient, and production-ready hardware for OpenAI’s supercomputing platform. About the Role You will build the model runtime within the inference engine that executes complex, frontier models at scale on OpenAI’s custom silicon. The runtime will sit between models running on the hardware and the upper layers of the cluster serving software stack, translating demanding inference workloads into efficient execution while optimizing for throughput, latency, utilization, and reliability. You will work across model architecture, distributed systems, compilers, kernels, and silicon to design a production-grade runtime comparable in ambition to systems such as vLLM and SGLang, but customized and optimized for OpenAI’s AI accelerator. Your work will shape how new model capabilities map onto the platform and how quickly custom silicon can deliver meaningful performance in production. In this role, you will: Design and implement the LLM inference runtime for frontier models running on custom silicon. Build scheduling, continuous batching, memory management, KV-cache management, and execution orchestration for high-performance inference. Develop distributed execution strategies across chips, hosts, and racks, including model partitioning, communication, and synchronization. Optimize end-to-end latency, throughput, memory efficiency, and hardware utilization across diverse model architectures and serving workloads. Partner with kernel, compiler, architecture, and silicon teams to co-design interfaces and remove performance bottlenecks across the stack. Enable new model features, execution patterns, numerical formats, and hardware capabilities in a reliable production runtime. Create profiling, observability, benchmarking, and performance-modeling tools that make runtime behavior measurable and actionable. Debug complex correctness, performance, and reliability issues spanning model code, runtime software, communication layers, and hardware. Turn workload insights into clear requirements for future generations of silicon and system architecture. You might thrive in this role if: Have strong systems programming experience in C++, Rust, Python, or comparable performance-oriented environments. Have built or optimized runtimes, distributed systems, compilers, kernels, model-serving infrastructure, or adjacent systems software. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About The Role Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them. This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes. You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness. If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role. What You'll Achieve Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion. Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes. Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership. Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met. Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals. Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value. Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion. Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs. Skills You’ll Need to Bring Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy. Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation. Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it. Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account. Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans. Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams. Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team. Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity. Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership. Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers. You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes. Fluent in English and French Nice to Haves Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes. Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management. Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership. Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path. Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model. Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software. By clicking “Submit Application,” I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy. #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Manufacturing Engineer within the Data Center Infrastructure organization, you will own how Anthropic's servers, racks, and accelerator systems are built at our contract manufacturing and ODM partners. You will design and qualify the assembly, integration, and test processes for each product, bring up new lines and new sites, and drive yield, cycle time, and manufacturing cost once a product is in production. As a subject matter expert in electronics and rack-level manufacturing, you will give the design team early manufacturability feedback, set the process standards our partners build to, and be on the floor when a line is coming up or a yield problem needs solving. If you have built manufacturing processes for complex hardware at a CM or ODM, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply. This is a hands-on role with up to 50% travel to partner factories in the US and abroad. You should be as comfortable addressing issues on the line as you are presenting a vendor improvement plan to leadership. Responsibilities Include: Design and document the assembly, rack integration, and test process for new server and rack products, including work instructions, process flows, takt and cycle time targets, and line layout. Lead new line and new site bring-up at CM/ODM partners, from process validation and capacity verification through pilot builds and release to mass production. Specify, source, and validate tooling, fixtures, and test equipment. Own first-pass yield, cycle time, and process capability in production; run SPC, analyze failure and rework data, and drive corrective actions with manufacturing partners. Provide design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test feedback during product development and represent manufacturing in pilot build reviews. Qualify process changes and engineering changes on the line, including PFMEA updates, control plan revisions, and operator training, before changes are cut in. Replicate a qualified process from one line or site to another without a yield or throughput regression, and audit partner lines against Anthropic standards. Partner with product engineering, test engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve systemic build issues and reduce per unit cost. You may be a good fit if you: Have 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering for complex electromechanical or electronics products built at a contract manufacturer or ODM. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
