About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Workforce Accounting to join Anthropic's Corporate Accounting Operations team. You will own every number tied to how we pay, equip and reward the people who work here: payroll and accrued compensation, stock-based compensation benefits and relocation, commissions, contingent workers, and travel and expense. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Accounting, you will lead a team of accountants while staying hands-on; reviewing close materials, owning your own accounts, and serving as the first escalation point for the judgment calls in your domain. Workforce is one of the fastest-moving areas of our P&L. As headcount grows across new entities and geographies, equity programmes are becoming more complex, and the systems that feed payroll, equity and expense data into the ledger are still being wired together. This is a build role: you will write the policies and SOPs your team operates against, design the controls, shape the system integrations, and use Claude and other tools to automate the work that does not need to be manual. We are looking for someone who has built accounting infrastructure in high-growth environments before and wants to do it again at one of the most important companies in the world. Key responsibilities Close ownership Own the workforce portfolio through month-end and quarter-end close — payroll and accrued compensation, bonus, vacation, severance and retention accruals, benefits, relocation, commissions, contingent workers, and T&E — including reconciliations, journal entries and variance commentary Own stock-based compensation accounting end to end: expense recognition under ASC 718, cash-settlement matching, equity roll-forwards, and reconciliation of preferred stock, common stock and additional paid-in capital to the equity administration platform Own the headcount and compensation reporting that underpins close analytics and cost allocations Ensure every close deliverable is audit-ready, with clear documentation of positions and supporting evidence Technical accounting and policy Write, own and maintain accounting policies and SOPs across the workforce domain — payroll accruals, ASC 718, commissions (ASC 340-40), contingent worker classification, and T&E — and evolve them as compensation programmes change Review technical memos prepared by your team; ensure conclusions are well-supported and consistent with US GAAP Partner with Technical Accounting on new or modified equity awards, plan changes and other non-routine compensation arrangements, and translate guidance into procedures the team can execute Own the workforce-related footnotes and disclosures — employee benefit plans, stockholders' equity and net loss per share — and the external audit responses that support them Controls Design and operate SOX controls across payroll, equity and T&E; review control evidence and own timely remediation of any gaps Establish cut-off and completeness controls around payroll registers, equity administration data and expense platforms so that what hits the ledger ties to source Systems and automation Shape the integrations between our ERP and the payroll, equity administration, commissions and T&E platforms — translating accounting requirements into specifications and test criteria, and owning data integrity once live Identify repetitive, rules-based work across the team's workflows and build scalable solutions, including with Claude, to automate or replace it Document workflows and controls in a way that supports knowledge transfer, audit evidence and scale Cross-functional partnership Partner with People Operations, Payroll, Total Rewards, Equity Administration, Sales Compensation, Tax and Legal so accounting reflects programme changes before they land in the ledger, not after Extend workforce accounting processes to new entities and jurisdictions as Anthropic grows internationally Translate complex compensation accounting into plain language for non-finance stakeholders Team leadership Coach and develop a team of accountants, providing timely, specific feedback that raises the technical and operational bar over time Hire and onboard as the team grows; set clear expectations and build a culture of precision and continuous improvement Move fluidly between reviewing your team's work and doing the work yourself Minimum qualifications Active CPA licence or equivalent professional accounting qualification Deep, hands-on experience with payroll accounting and stock-based compensation under ASC 718, including equity roll-forwards and reconciliation to an equity administration platform Experience owning a portfolio of accounts through close in a public company or pre-IPO environment, including designing and operating SOX controls Experience writing and maintaining accounting policies and SOPs, and being accountable for how a team applies them Experience managing or meaningfully coaching other accountants Ability to structure ambiguous problems, reach defensible conclusions and document them clearly Clear written and verbal communication with non-accounting partners Preferred qualifications Substantial progressive accounting experience that combines Big 4 audit with time at a high-growth or startup company Experience with commissions accounting (ASC 340-40), contingent worker accounting, or benefits and relocation programmes Experience with complex equity structures — preferred stock, tender offers, modifications, or international equity plans Experience preparing or supporting equity, employee benefit plan and net loss per share disclosures for external reporting Experience leading or contributing to an ERP, payroll, equity or T&E system implementation or integration, particularly where requirements were evolving mid-project Experience extending payroll and equity accounting to new entities or countries A clear point of view on how AI tools can eliminate low-value accounting work, and a track record of putting it into practice The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $230,000 — $300,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About the role Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits. We are designing an integrated compliance and risk ecosystem that serves as a trust engine and an independent risk advisor as Anthropic governs itself at a level beyond frameworks. As part of Security GRC's technical controls assurance function, you will be the voice on what the control environment must achieve. You will define control requirements and acceptance criteria for our global compliance obligations (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, public sector) across the software development lifecycle, pair with engineering as they design and implement against those requirements, and validate that what ships actually meets the bar. Key responsibilities Define the control framework and requirements for autonomous AI operators in collaboration with Security, Internal Audit, and Engineering, including change review and approvals, human-in-the-loop, and evidence collection. Assess implementations against those requirements. Pressure-test major infrastructure, system, and agent framework changes for control impact during design, before decisions become expensive rework. Set the compliance bar for home-built systems. Collaborate with teams to define what the internal system must provide from day one, such as auditability, segregation of duties, and change control over the tool itself. Define the criteria for where and when AI can operate, supplement, or replace a manual process or control, including the human-in-the-loop thresholds and evidence documentation. Establish the validation, evidence, and governance standards that allow AI-performed and AI-assisted processes and controls to withstand external audit and regulatory scrutiny. Assess the introduction of new compliance frameworks and changes in scope (new regulations, certifications, products, or entities), providing a sufficient technical and compliance lens on their impact to control design, evidence requirements, and engineering effort before commitments are made. Stand up or advise on audit workflows for the assurance team, including Claude-driven control testing, automated evidence collection, walkthrough preparation, and framework mapping against our common controls framework, materially raising automated evidence coverage and cutting audit prep time. Minimum qualifications Thrive at the pace of a hypergrowth company. You’re comfortable making calls with incomplete information and reprioritizing as scope shifts. Have supported technology control programs through SOX readiness or as a public company or with equivalent rigor (FedRAMP, large multi-framework SOC 2/ISO portfolios). Have genuine engineering fluency, possibly from an earlier engineering career: you can read code and Terraform, follow a CI/CD pipeline end to end, and challenge a design on its technical merits. Have programming skills in Python or at least one systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++. Have deep familiarity with developer platform, release engineering, or infrastructure control domains. Are a strong collaborator and communicator. Use Claude and other LLMs as daily working tools, and have grounded, specific views on which audit and assurance workflows AI can run today and which it can't yet. Translate framework and regulatory language into acceptance criteria engineers can build against, and translate engineering reality back into assurance language auditors and leadership can rely on. Default to getting the requirement designed into the system rather than papering over the gap with procedure. Preferred qualifications Have a combination of audit or advisory experience (Big 4 or equivalent) with in-house experience at an AI-forward tech company — in either order Have defined or assessed controls for AI/ML systems or agents acting in production environments Have stood up continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence programs Candidates need not have Done everything on this list. This role does not require writing production code day to day. We encourage and expect you to ship, but the bar is fluency sufficient to review, challenge, and specify. Nor does it require depth in every framework we hold; Security GRC has specialists. The scarce combination this role exists for is requirement experience plus engineering credibility. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $270,000 — $345,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model. We already run a growing set of partner-facing systems: a partner portal, CRM workflows, enablement and certification platforms, and the trackers that connect them. The systems lead on our team owns that foundation — the portal, the data model, and the integrations that keep partner records accurate and flowing. This role is the other half of that build. As our AI Operations Engineer, you'll design, build, and run the agentic workflows that sit on top of those systems: Claude-powered agents and automations that triage partner applications, draft and send partner communications, sync data across tools, surface deal and enablement signals, and take routine operational work off the team entirely. Where the systems lead builds the rails, you build what runs on them. This is a builder role, not an analyst role. You'll ship working automations weekly, own them in production, and continuously expand what the team can do without adding headcount. Key responsibilities: Design and build agentic workflows (using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations) that automate core partner experience operations: application triage, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, partner communications, and reporting Partner closely with our systems lead to integrate these workflows with the partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and database systems — consuming and writing back to the systems of record rather than creating shadow processes Turn recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations: define the workflow, build it, test it against real cases, add guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where decisions carry risk, and document how it runs Own the operational health of what you ship: error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and iteration when partner processes change Prototype fast with the team: sit with partner managers, find the highest-friction workflows, and get a working v1 in front of them in days, not quarters Establish reusable patterns (skills, prompts, connectors, playbooks) so each new workflow is faster to build than the last, and teach the broader team to self-serve on the simple ones Minimum qualifications: Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling: prompt and workflow design, tool/function calling, MCP or comparable integration frameworks, and evaluating agent output quality Experience working across APIs and business systems — CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), PRM/partner portals, LMS/certification platforms, spreadsheet-based tools, Slack, and email — and scripting the glue between them in Python or JavaScript Strong judgment about automation risk: knowing which steps an agent can own outright, which need a human checkpoint, and how to design for graceful failure Process instincts: ability to look at a messy manual workflow, find the actual bottleneck, and redesign it rather than just automating it as-is Clear written communication; documents what you build so it outlives you Preferred qualifications: 5+ years in operations engineering, solutions engineering, business systems, RevOps, or a similar build-heavy role, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization Experience in partner/channel operations specifically (deal registration, MDF/co-sell programs, partner tiering, certification pipelines) Experience shipping internal AI tools or automations that are still running in production today Familiarity with the Claude API, Claude Code, or agent frameworks; building custom MCP servers is a plus The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $215,000 — $300,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work. You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing. You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered. You'll bring engineering-side rigor and platform thinking to finance problems, and work as part of a team modernizing how the whole company operates. Most of your time will go to three things: making new product and pricing launches work end to end in the finance stack, running the platforms and data flows behind quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and driving the IT general controls (ITGC) program so controls are designed into systems up front rather than retrofitted after go-live. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Act as Finance's technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements across order capture, rating and billing, tax, revenue recognition, and downstream reporting, and defining what "revenue-ready" means before go/no-go: who owns each piece, what's actually done versus asserted, and which risks are still cheap to fix Broker the trade-off when a launch date and systems reality don't line up: a scoped manual workaround with an owner, a cost, and an expiration date, plus the path to the automated version. Then close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, where revenue landed, whether the new controls actually operate, and what must be true to do this again at 10x volume Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps for your finance systems programs, including ERP, billing and subscription management, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and the reporting layer on top. Run the working groups that deliver them across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security, with clear accountability and updates leadership can read in two minutes Run the operating rhythm: intake and prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and a small set of metrics that show whether the work is actually improving anything, and flag early when committed scope and capacity don't line up Map current-state processes and data lineage end to end and go after the breaks: reconciliation gaps, recurring manual journal entries, spreadsheets doing load-bearing work, competing sources of truth for the same metric. Partner with Data Engineering on the definitions and data contracts that let finance metrics tie cleanly to source systems, and hold the line when teams drift Drive ITGC workstreams across in-scope financial systems: logical access and segregation of duties, change management, SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, and data interfaces. Partner with Internal Audit on scoping and control design, with a named owner for every control Facilitate designing controls into new systems, systems changes, and launches before go-live with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Engineering, and serve as the systems-side point of contact for internal and external audit on ITGC walkthroughs and testing, translating between control language and engineering language, and driving deficiencies through root cause, named owners, evidence, and validation that the fix holds Build AI-assisted workflows that expand what the teams around you can cover, and hold them to real standards: a defined task, a way to evaluate output quality, explicit human review gates on anything touching financial reporting, and documentation so someone else can run it Skills You'll Need to Bring: 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field, with substantial time on finance or revenue systems; public-company or IPO-track experience is a strong plus Working fluency in finance operations; you don't need to be an accountant, but you should hold your own on quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and know why revenue recognition is not the same as billing Hands-on ITGC program experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge. You understand how ITGC reliance determines what auditors will accept from automated controls and system-generated reports, can tell a key control from a non-key one, know where ITACs fit alongside ITGCs, and have been through remediation and audit cycles rather than only reading about them AI-native operating mindset; this is a core requirement for this role. You already use AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages, and you share the patterns so others work differently because of what you built A track record of independently delivering technical programs end to end, ideally transformation work such as system modernization, a large-scale migration, or an ERP or billing platform implementation, and turning messy or incomplete inputs into a concrete plan with owners and dates; you're pulled into problems before they're scoped and you're as useful advising a controller on process design as an engineering lead on sequencing Working understanding of data lifecycle and analytics tooling, and real experience running change management for business systems, not just launching them Influence without authority and a bias toward closure. You have no direct reports, so you work through credibility and clear reasoning, knowing when to push and when to escalate; you chase ambiguous items to a decision, will reopen the uncomfortable question a week before launch, and communicate clearly with Director/VP+ stakeholders, including when the news is bad Nice to Haves: Hands-on experience working in enterprise billing, ERP, and revenue systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or comparable tools, with an understanding of how orders, invoices, and revenue data flow between them Experience supporting an IPO readiness or first-year SOX program, including standing up ITGCs from scratch CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification, or equivalent time embedded on an IT audit team Experience building internal tooling or agents on a workspace platform rather than only configuring vendor systems Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $133,000 - $223,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy . #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: Own how our Foundations business teams design, automate, and operate their most important workflows. Notion is growing quickly, and the processes that run our business — intake, triage, execution, approvals, escalations, reporting — need to scale without adding headcount or losing auditability. This role exists to redesign those processes end to end and to embed AI directly into them, so the work moves faster and the system stays trustworthy. What's different at Notion: you'll build on Notion as customer zero. You'll design multi-system workflows spanning Notion, Slack, email, support tooling, and internal data, then ship the custom agents, skills, and automations that run them — partnering with Finance, Legal, People, Ops, Data, and Engineering to drive real adoption, not just documentation. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Redesign cross-functional processes end to end: Map and optimize core and cross-functional flows for Foundations business teams, making them simpler, faster, and more consistent than the operating models they replace. Architect multi-system workflows: Design workflows spanning Notion, Slack, email, support tooling, and internal systems and data, with clear states, routing, permissions, and auditability. Design for failure, not just the happy path: Identify edge cases, controls, and handoffs so workflows are resilient, reviewable, and easy for a business team to operate without you. Embed AI with clear human-in-the-loop patterns: Define where AI assists, automates, approves, and audits — and make it obvious what AI did and why. Build and maintain custom agents and skills: Ship the agents, structured skills, and runbooks that power intake triage, summarization, routing, escalation, and reporting for business teams. Instrument everything you ship: Define success metrics (cycle time, deflection, quality, adoption), measure them, and iterate based on data and stakeholder feedback. Set the standards others build on: Establish best practices for AI safety, permissions, transparency, and workflow documentation so the patterns hold as more teams adopt them. Drive adoption and change management: Partner with business stakeholders so tooling gets used because it's intuitive and reliable, and measurably improves day-to-day work. Skills You'll Need to Bring: Process and systems design depth: 2–6 years in operations design, service design, product operations, business systems, or internal tools, with a portfolio showing systems thinking and measurable outcomes. Complex workflow experience: Demonstrated ability to design for intake, triage, routing, approvals, escalations, and reporting across teams and tools, including states, permissions, and auditability. Process mapping rigor: Hands-on experience mapping and improving business processes through journey maps, service blueprints, operating models, and SOPs. AI-native builder mindset: Experience designing or building with AI assistants and agents, workflow automation, or internal tooling — including prompt design, tool selection, and evaluation for quality, reliability, and edge cases. This role requires AI fluency. Lightweight automation ability: Comfort building with Notion custom agents and automations, structured skills, and integrations across systems (APIs, webhooks, connectors). Hands-on preferred. Clear communication and stakeholder judgment: Ability to convey design intent using whatever artifact fits the problem, and to present and defend tradeoffs across multiple tools and teams. Comfort with ambiguity: Experience operating in fast-moving environments and collaborating deeply with engineers and PMs to shape decisions, not just execute them. Nice to Haves: Consulting background in technology, process and operations consulting, or business/digital transformation — including discovery, current- and future-state process mapping, and stakeholder workshops Track record delivering client engagements across multiple functions or industries, and turning that pattern recognition into repeatable playbooks and operating standards Experience designing internal tools, developer platforms, or enterprise software Familiarity with data concepts (schemas, event tracking, dashboards) and operational analytics Notion product expertise Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
