Staff+ Software Engineer, Claude Science
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future. Claude Science is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we’re just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now: you’ll shape both the product and the architecture in a category no one has defined yet. You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the end-to-end researcher experience, partners directly with our internal research team to push model capabilities into production, and carries real ownership over what we ship next. Our north star is accelerating scientific progress — across biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond — from early discovery through real-world application, by an order of magnitude. This work supports programs like Anthropic’s AI for Science Program and our rare disease research grants . What you'll do Ship fast against a roadmap you help shape: this is a product in a category no one has defined yet, and the highest-leverage problems are still unclaimed Interface directly with working scientists — academic labs, industry R&D teams, and research institutes — during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities Partner with product and design to turn how scientists actually work — from hypothesis to analysis to publication — into shipped product Work closely with research to make the models better at science: shaping evals, surfacing failure modes, and feeding what users hit in the real world back into model development You may be a good fit if you Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on Have built AI products and know what it takes to turn model capabilities into applications people actually use Are comfortable working directly with technical domain experts and translating what you learn Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority Strong candidates may also have Background in chemistry, biology, physics, or another science Experience working with research teams to improve domain-specific model capabilities, including evaluation frameworks The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Enterprise Account Executive - DNB
About the role As an Enterprise Account Executive for Digital Native Business based in Seoul, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's fastest-moving technology companies. This is a greenfield, new business role: you'll build your territory from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to close across Korea's internet platforms, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media companies. You'll work directly with founders, technical leaders, and product teams to help them build with Anthropic's AI as a core part of their products and operations. Key responsibilities Own and exceed revenue targets by winning net-new logos across Korea's digital native companies, including internet platforms, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media Build a greenfield territory from scratch: develop your own account list, generate pipeline through self-sourced outbound prospecting, and create repeatable plays for landing new accounts Run fast, consultative sales cycles with founders, CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of AI, positioning Claude as the foundation for AI-powered products and competitive differentiation Land new accounts quickly and set them up for expansion, working closely with technical buyers and developer teams who evaluate hands-on Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to win technical evaluations and accelerate time to production for customers building on our models Preferred qualifications 8+ years of sales experience in Korea with a clear track record as a hunter: consistently winning net-new logos and generating the majority of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting Experience selling to digital native, internet, or high-growth technology companies, and comfort engaging technical buyers such as engineering and product leaders, not just business stakeholders A track record of opening greenfield territories or segments with little existing brand presence, building pipeline and closing revenue from zero Proven experience exceeding revenue targets driven primarily by new business, with the ability to manage high-velocity cycles alongside larger strategic deals Strong commercial instincts for usage-based and consumption models, and the ability to connect product adoption to revenue growth A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player who thrives in ambiguous, startup-like environments A strategic, analytical approach to territory and account prioritization combined with high-energy, persistent execution A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and responsibly for broad benefit Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Reseller Operations Manager, Japan & Korea
About the role Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change. This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up. Key responsibilities Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end: application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and activation, and keep the partner record in Salesforce decision-grade for both regions. Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with the cloud alliance teams, and end-customer reporting on every reseller transaction so partner-sourced revenue can be attributed. Run direct (1P) reseller operations: partner quotes and order forms, order booking and provisioning, and commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, and work with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling for each transaction route. Run the regional side of reseller incentives: eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes, in partnership with the global incentive operations team and Finance. Stand up first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, inside the global partner support queue rather than alongside it, and localize the onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content partners depend on. Manage any outsourced or contracted operations capacity used in region (scope, quality, service levels) and coordinate with Enablement on the logistics of local-language certification and training. Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea: registration volume and cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue by partner and by motion, and use it to tell the regional teams and the global program what to fix next. Adopt the global Partner Operations playbooks where they fit, write the in-region variants where they don't, and represent Japan and Korea requirements in partner systems and automation work so manual volume doesn't grow with partner count. Minimum qualifications Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company, ideally touching both a cloud-marketplace motion and a direct or contract-based resale motion. Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. You'll run operational relationships with partners in both countries and work daily with a US-based team; proficiency doesn't need to be identical across all three, but you need to be able to work with partners in both regions. Practical knowledge of how at least one major cloud marketplace's reseller program works (authorizations, private offers, deal registration), or deep experience in one motion and a track record of picking up the other quickly. Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing, and the Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal coordination that comes with it. A track record of taking a manual process and turning it into documented workflow, service levels, and reporting, including managing vendors or contractors who execute part of it. Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, data maintenance), and comfort being the only operations person in the region while working with a team many time zones away. Preferred qualifications Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystem, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions. Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations, or with a partner program during its launch phase. Experience with PRM or deal-registration tooling, or building automations with Claude or similar tools to run operational workflows at volume. How this role works with the team You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets. Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Manager, Technical Deployment (Financial Services)
About the Role Anthropic is building the Forward Deployed Engineering team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Technical Deployment Leads (TDLs) and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) embed with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. Our delivery model pairs two roles: FDEs own the technical artifact, and TDLs own the engagement end-to-end — from statement of work (SOW) through production deployment. As a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services, you own engagement portfolio health across your vertical. You set the bar for delivery quality and build the playbooks and evaluation frameworks that let the practice scale. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation across the Fortune 100. This is a player-coach role. You need to be credible in architecture conversations with a customer's engineering leads and equally comfortable in sales conversations in front of executive sponsors, and you will lead the most complex engagements yourself when the stakes call for it. Most of your impact will come through the people you hire and the standard you hold them to. You won't write production code, but you will pressure-test the technical decisions your TDL team makes with FDEs. Responsibilities Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements. Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence, and run the interviews that hold it. Manage each TDL directly: regular 1:1s, clear expectations, direct feedback, and a growth plan. Build a bench that runs engagements well without you in the room. Own portfolio health across the vertical. Track which engagements are on track, at risk, or closing out, and intervene early when delivery drifts. Run engagement quality reviews with your team. Own customer outcomes across the portfolio. Hold the executive relationship with customer sponsors, run steering committees, and represent Anthropic's credibility with senior business, risk, and engineering leaders. Make the staffing call for each engagement. Work with FDE managers to match TDLs and engineers to each customer, and adjust as scope changes. Lead the most complex engagements yourself. Take the TDL seat when engagement size, regulatory exposure, or organizational complexity calls for it, from delivery plan through production. Set the bar for delivery excellence — SOW quality, MVP scoping, and value measurement. Ensure every engagement has a defensible impact story. Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks across the team. Turn what works in the field into delivery infrastructure that lets the practice scale. Partner with Sales to qualify engagements, shape scope, and inform SOWs. Partner with Marketing and Sales on Financial Services–specific go-to-market materials, reference cases, and positioning. Run the team's operating rhythm: engagement reviews, knowledge-sharing, and escalation support, and report into the wider post-sales cadence and dashboards. Set team goals tied to customer outcomes. Bring the field back to Anthropic. Surface delivery lessons and emerging Financial Services use cases to Product and Research, and represent the vertical in leadership discussions. Consistently uphold Anthropic's values as you lead your team. TDLs should be strong representatives of Anthropic's culture as they work within customer environments. Travel to customer sites (25–50% expected). You May Be a Good Fit If You Have 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, whether you came up as a founder, engineer, data scientist, or researcher who has moved into deployments, with at least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes. Have a track record of building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, ideally including embedded or forward-deployed teams working at client sites. Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments. Bring depth in Financial Services. You have delivered technology programs inside banks, insurers, or asset managers, you understand how model risk, security, and compliance review shape what ships, and you can speak credibly with a CIO, a chief risk officer, and a head of engineering. Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and judge whether a proposed agent design is realistic. You are accountable for the technical direction your team sets alongside FDEs. Have experience with value-based scoping, including TCO/ROI quantification and post-deployment impact measurement. Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists. You have built a team, practice, or function from an early stage. Have executive presence: polished, credible, and concise with senior leaders in high-stakes settings, and just as effective in a hands-on engagement review with your team. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $240,000 — $450,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Sales Strategy, Operational Excellence
About the role Anthropic is seeking a highly organized, analytically grounded Sales Strategy, Operational Excellence partner to help run the operating system of our go-to-market organization. As Anthropic's GTM motion scales rapidly, the difference between a sales org that grows and one that grows well comes down to operating discipline: a forecast call that runs the same way every week, a planning cycle where every team knows the timeline before it starts, and a single set of standards that Sales and Strategy both recognize as their own. You will sit at the center of the CCO's operating rhythm and act as the connective tissue between Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Systems. Week to week, that means making sure the forecast and pipeline cadences run cleanly and that the inputs leaders are looking at are consistent and trusted. Quarter to quarter, it means driving the mechanics of target setting and quota deployment. Annually, it means program-managing the planning cycle so that territories, capacity, comp, and targets land on time and tie together. The ideal candidate is someone who finds genuine satisfaction in making a complex organization run smoothly. You can take a process that exists as tribal knowledge across five spreadsheets and three Slack channels and turn it into a single, documented standard that people actually follow. You are comfortable being the person in the room who knows what's due, from whom, by when, and you can hold cross-functional partners accountable without authority. In a business where the model is evolving faster than the playbook, the ability to build durable operating mechanisms is itself a strategic asset. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of the CCO operating cadence: weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and QBRs Manage the operational execution behind each review — calendar, prep timelines, templates, and pre-read standards — and hold contributors accountable to deadlines Prepare the inputs and run the mechanics of each cadence, keeping every session focused on decisions rather than logistics Capture decisions, commitments, and risks in the room, then assign owners and drive open items to resolution between meetings Anchor every review in source-of-truth data, ensuring the metrics leadership sees are accurate and consistent from one review to the next Develop the performance narrative, not just the packet: connect the metrics to what's actually happening in the business and distill what changed, why it changed, and what decision or action it calls for Build your own view of the forecast — pressure-test bottoms-up calls against pipeline coverage, historical conversion, and deal-level signal, and be willing to say where you'd land differently and why Spot risk and upside early: identify the deals, segments, or assumptions most likely to move the number, and make sure they get airtime before they become surprises Establish a single set of KPI definitions, operating standards, and best practices across Sales and Strategy so teams are measuring and running the business the same way Drive the target-setting process: translate company goals into clear, measurable targets for the field, and keep them current as the business evolves Document core processes (forecasting methodology, pipeline hygiene, deal stage criteria, rules of engagement) and drive adoption through enablement and reinforcement, not just publication Design processes that hold up as the organization triples — what works as a spreadsheet today should have a clear path to a system tomorrow — and partner with Systems and Analytics to move repeatable manual work into tooling, using Claude to accelerate documentation, data aggregation, and process design Minimum qualifications Experience in sales operations, sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar function, with direct experience supporting the operating cadence of a sales organization Have run or materially supported core GTM planning processes end to end: annual planning, target setting, quota allocation, territory design, or comp plan rollout Are an exceptional program manager; you can take a loosely defined cross-functional effort, put a plan around it, and drive it to a deadline across teams you don't control Understand the rhythm of a sales org from the inside: what a forecast call is for, what "commit" means, why pipeline coverage matters, and what makes a quota feel fair or unfair to a rep Are highly structured and detail-oriented without being rigid; you build the standard, but you know when the standard needs to bend Communicate clearly and concisely up, down, and across; you can write the one-page pre-read that lets a leadership meeting start at the decision instead of the context Preferred qualifications Are fluent in Excel/Sheets (modeling, lookups, structured data) and comfortable working in Salesforce; SQL or Looker experience is a plus but not required Are energized by bringing order to ambiguity and have a low ego about doing the unglamorous work that makes an organization run Experience with sales compensation design (SPIFs, accelerators, plan mechanics) and the downstream operational realities of administering them Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based revenue models where forecasting and quota design don't follow the standard SaaS pattern Familiarity with planning and territory tools (Anaplan, Pigment, Fullcast, or similar) A track record of using AI tools to accelerate operational and program management work The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $270,000 — $310,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. TPM Manager, Infrastructure
About the Role Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization is responsible for the systems that train our models, serve our products, and support our engineering teams. That includes datacenter operations, capacity planning across cloud providers and our own facilities, accelerator cluster management, production serving infrastructure, developer tooling, data pipelines, and networking. It’s a lot of surface area, and the demands on it are growing fast. We’re hiring a TPM leader to own program management across this whole ecosystem from compute provisioning through to production workloads. We’re bringing up new datacenters, scaling multi-cloud compute across AWS, GCP, and Azure, managing datacenter construction, and building the software infrastructure to keep pace. The team is growing very quickly, and we’re looking for a senior leader with experience at scale to build and scale this team to support Anthropic’s rapid growth. You’ll report to the Head of TPM, partnering closely with various engineering leaders on technical strategy, roadmapping, and aligning TPM support where it is most impactful. You’ll personally drive 2–3 critical programs while leading your teamin parallel. This is a role where you need to be comfortable doing the work yourself before you can hand it off. What you'll do: IC Program Leadership Own and drive 2–3 of the highest-priority programs across infrastructure while you build the team Run the actual programs—datacenter bring-up timelines, capacity scaling plans, infrastructure migrations, cross-team reliability efforts, or whatever the most pressing needs are Build the processes and playbooks as you go—figure out what works by doing it, then codify it for the team Earn credibility with engineering leads through solid execution, not just strategy Team Building & Development Set the standard for what good TPM work looks like in this domain through your own output Coach and develop TPMs Transition programs to your team as you hire Grow the team with excellent TPMs by defining roles, writing JDs, sourcing candidates, and closing hires Planning & Prioritization Work with various engineering leads to identify work that would most benefit from TPM support Make real tradeoffs about what to staff vs. what to skip given limited TPM capacity during the build phase Maintain portfolio-level visibility across programs—status, risks, dependencies, blockers Represent the team in planning cycles and leadership reviews Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate across Infrastructure and partner teams (Research, Product, Security, Finance, Legal) on programs that span organizational boundaries Drive alignment on programs that cross the hardware/software line—e.g., capacity plans that feed into training schedules, or efficiency work that spans accelerator kernels and serving systems Own executive communication on program status, risks, and resource needs You May Be a Good Fit If You: Have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs and ideally some experience leading larger TPM organizations Have built a team or function from scratch before—you know the difference between hiring for a defined role vs. figuring out what the roles should be Have scaled TPM teams to support rapidly-growing, fast-moving company environments Have worked across physical and software infrastructure—datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling. You don’t need to be deep in all of it, but you need to be conversant enough to ask the right questions and spot the real risks. Have run large-scale compute or infrastructure programs—capacity planning, cluster deployments, datacenter build-outs, cloud migrations, or similar Can communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership without losing the important details Are good at context-switching between doing the work and managing people, and don’t see the IC work as beneath you Are comfortable making staffing and prioritization decisions without perfect information Deadline to apply: None, applications will be received on a rolling basis. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Head of Compute Supply Chain
Head of Compute Supply Chain [San Francisco / remote-friendly US] About the role Anthropic's compute depends on supply chains that can't keep up with demand. Foundry capacity, memory, processors and networking are allocated to the customers suppliers consider strategic, and so are the transformers, chillers and turbines that power and cool our data centers. We are hiring a Head of Compute Supply Chain to own how Anthropic secures that supply. You will oversee sourcing across semiconductors and IT hardware, data center equipment, and energy equipment. You will hold our executive supplier relationships, and identify gaps before they bite us. A very small team brought this function from zero to hyperscale in a matter of months. Your job is to grow it into a high-performing, talent-dense organization while solving supply challenges the industry has never seen before. Responsibilities Own sourcing strategy across semiconductors and hardware, data center equipment, and energy equipment. Build the organization: develop the category leads and set how the teams operate as they grow. Secure supply ahead of demand through capacity reservations, wafer commitments and long-term agreements, working with the rest of the Compute team as well as domain experts in Finance and Legal. Hold executive relationships with hardware suppliers and power and infrastructure OEMs. Own supply risk, including single-source exposure, geography, tariffs and export controls. Identify supply gaps before they impact the business. You may be a good fit if you Have 15+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain for semiconductors, hardware, or datacenter infrastructure, and have led a function rather than a single category. Have built a sourcing organization through rapid growth, including managers who lead teams. Have negotiated capacity or long-term supply agreements at multibillion-dollar scale with executive counterparts. Have deep experience in either semiconductor supply (foundry, memory or hardware) or data center and power infrastructure equipment, and the judgment to lead the other. Can make hard allocation calls and explain the trade-offs to executives. Have strong written communication and executive presence. Strong candidates may also have Built a sourcing function from scratch. Sourced for other kinds of hardware, such as robotics or manufacturing equipment. Sourced across the US, Europe and Asia, including for an international data center portfolio. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
